Yummy & Easy French Toast

Ever had those mornings where you are hungry but not sure what for? This morning I was sitting having my first cup of coffee, pondering what I wanted. I knew I was hungry, but nothing sounded good. Well, my daughter walked into the kitchen and declared that she was craving French toast. Hmmm... French toast did sound pretty amazing and it had been awhile since we have had some. She asked if she could make it. She is eleven and although she helps me a ton in the kitchen, I wondered if she would be able to handle it on her own. pffttt.. Handle it? She rocked it! They were absolutely delicious and she used my favorite creamer, Coffee-Mate French Vanilla.
