Sir Edmund Percival Hillary was a New Zealand mountaineer, explorer and philanthropist. On the 29th of May 1953, Hillary and Nepalese Sherpa mountaineer Tenzing Norgay became the first climbers confirmed as having reached the summit of Mount Everest.

The Yangtze River, known in China as the Chang Jiang or Yangzi, is the longest river in Asia and the third-longest in the world. It flows for 6,418 kilometers or 3,988 mi.
The Three Gorges Dam is a hydroelectric dam that spans the Yangtze River by the town of Sandouping, located in Yiling District, Yichang, Hubei province, China. The Three Gorges Dam is the world's largest power station in terms of installed capacity.

The Great Wall of China is a wall that covers much of the northern border of China. If you take the length of the entire wall, plus various branches, it is around 5,500 miles long! No wonder they call it the Great Wall.
